our story:

in 1991, alexander perez envisioned serving the hospitality industry with products that would enhance hotel guestrooms, we started with bed & window coverings and ventured into manufacturing seating of all types, then came case goods and the addition of flooring.

as time passed we continued our quest to enhance guestrooms and saw the opportunity of our products showcasing public areas, restaurants, and outdoor spaces.

as our design staff increased we continued our journey into lighting, artwork and mirrors all specifically for the hospitality industry.
today we service independent and branded properties throughout our beautiful united states of america and export to over 20 countries.
